YTO delivers structured, year-round programming designed to support youth through consistent engagement, skill-building, and behavioral health support.

Youth participate 3-5 days per week for approximately 2-3 hours per day.

Participation in structured programming across all service domains.

Step 3: Ongoing Monitoring

Monthly tracking of engagement, behavior and service utilization.

Service Delivery Model
